Municipal Court

Functions

The Municipal Court of Marysville handles alleged violations of city ordinances and alleged traffic and misdemeanor violations.

 

The court handles records management of all court cases, collections of fines and forfeitures.

Hearings are on the FIRST and THIRD Wednesday of every month, at 5:00 PM, Subject to holidays and schedule conflicts.

Notices

***All notices to appear will be either mailed to the last known address or it will be given to you at the time of the incident.  If you have an open case, keeping your address current with the court is critical.
If a notice to appear cannot be delivered by the Post Office because you have not kept your address current, a warrant may be issued.

Paying a Ticket or Fine

There are several options for paying a ticket or fine.  Those that do not require a court appearance can be paid in person at the Municipal Court Clerk’s office, by phone or by mail.

Court Clerk’s Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
